Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Printly ("Printly," "we," "us") governing access to printly.ae and related services (the "Services").

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide accurate registration and checkout information.
• You may not use the Services where prohibited by law.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell 3D printed and related physical products through our marketplace. Product images and descriptions are for illustration; minor variation in colour, texture, layer lines, or dimensions may occur due to the manufacturing process.

• Dimensions and weights shown are approximate unless stated as exact.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
• Prices are shown in UAE dirham (official currency symbol) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.
• We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Orders and contract formation

1. Your order is an offer to purchase.
2. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation (email or in-app) or when we begin processing the order, whichever occurs first.
3. We may decline or cancel orders (e.g. stock unavailable, suspected fraud, errors).

Guest checkout is available; you are responsible for keeping your email accurate for order communications.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or other designated processors. You authorize charges for the order total including product price, applicable discounts, shipping, and taxes shown at checkout.

• We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Failed payments may result in order cancellation.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide (or according to carrier terms where applicable).

You must provide a complete, accurate UAE delivery address. Additional fees may apply for remote areas or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Accounts

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized account use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or abuse.
• Email verification may be required before certain account features are enabled.

9. User content (reviews and feedback)

If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content in connection with the Services.

• Content must be honest, lawful, and not defamatory or infringing.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with site operation
• Resell products in breach of law or our policies
• Upload malware or harmful code

11. Intellectual property

The site, branding, logos, text, and original content are owned by Printly or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or exploit them without written permission.

Product designs may be subject to third-party rights; we sell licensed or original designs as described on each product page.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the United Arab Emirates:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from an order or the Services is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printly and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, war, strikes, supply chain disruption, government action, internet or power outages).

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting info@printly.ae before formal proceedings. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

18. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Material changes apply to future orders. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

19. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
